Welcome to the BETA PROGRAM. This page explains how to install the beta releases of the app and report problems. Thanks for helping us test our apps and make better INSTAMATIC for the world!
While most beta releases won’t look any different from the public versions, there may from time to time be updates which contain changes to the UI or entirely new features.
Please do not to share any information about the beta publicly. This includes sharing screenshots, blogging, tweeting, or otherwise disclosing information about our in-progress development. We appreciate your discretion as a participant in our beta program.
Participation is optional and not compensated. By participating and providing feedback in the BETA PROGRAM, you agree to our no-compensation policy.
Occasionally, we will offer free gifts or other benefits. To be eligible for these benefits, you should consistently use the beta product on as many devices as possible.
If you’re more interested in submitting feature requests than finding bugs, there’s no need to join the beta program – you can submit your ideas today contacting us at support@instamatica.com.
To access beta version the email address you use for Apple ID must be in our whitelist.
The beta releases for mobile devices are distributed via Apple TestFlight and if you're accepted, you’ll automatically notify with an invitation via email. If you don’t have access and wants request it, you can apply here.
Most of the time we simply want you to use INSTAMATIC as you normally would and let us know if you run into any issues. Occasionally we might have specific features that need to be tested, in which case we’ll let you know in the release notes.
Please report any problems via TestFlight system or email at support@instamatica.com with as much detail as possible. Consider including screenshots if it helps to demonstrate the problem. Thanks!
If you find that you don’t really have time to test, no problem! Just let us know and we can remove you.
Please note that from time to time we may clear out testers who aren’t actively updating to the latest builds. This allows us to free up seats for others who want to test.
The stability of our software is very important to us, and to INSTAMATIC users around the world – we really appreciate your help. Thank you!
